All artwork displayed on this website is the original work of Larry Jiménez and is protected by copyright. Purchase of a physical painting transfers ownership of the physical object only — not reproduction rights. Reproduction, commercial use, or derivative works require explicit written permission from the artist.
All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice. A sale is confirmed only upon receipt of agreed payment. Original works are one-of-a-kind; once sold, they are marked unavailable.
Custom commission terms are agreed individually between the buyer and the artist via direct communication. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Commission timelines are estimated and may vary.
Paintings ship worldwide, carefully rolled and protected in an archival tube. Shipping costs are quoted individually based on destination and size. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes in their country. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the work arrives damaged. In the event of shipping damage, the buyer must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Larry Jiménez Arte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any artwork.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
